ORDERING & STOCK AVAILABILITY
All garments and accessories on THE GODDESS ROOM website are unique. For this reason there is no facility to set the quantity for each item displayed. Once an item is ordered, and the payment transaction confirmed by PayPal, the item is no longer available for sale and marked “Out of Stock”.
Posts for each item are left on the site for a set period of time to allow visitors to the site get an overview of the kind of garments that are sold at THE GODDESS ROOM. THE GODDESS ROOM will remove items from the website, if requested by the purchaser to do so.
Orders transactions placed through PayPal occur straight away. Customers can cancel the order, as long as this occurs before items are shipped. In the event that an order is cancelled THE GODDESS ROOM will reimburse the customer by using the refund mechanism of PayPal.
The customer will receive two emails on successful order; One from PayPal (service@intl.paypal.com) and confirmation from THE GODDESS ROOM (info@thegoddessroom.net). These do not constitute the acceptance of the order. The order is accepted once you receive or Dispatch and Shipping email which constitutes the beginning of the contract between the customer and THE GODDESS ROOM.
THE GODDESS ROOM reserves the right to decline an order if payment has not been authorised by PayPal, there are shipping restrictions or the item is out of stock.
In the event that item/s ordered online have in fact been already been sold through THE GOODESS ROOM retail outlet, THE GODDEESS ROOM will promptly reimburse the customer and endeavour to, as soon as possible contact the them to inform of the reason why the item is not available.
PAYMENT
All payments are done through PayPal. THE GODDESS ROOM does not request or store the card or any other financial details of the customer.
SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched and shipped by registered post by the state (Republic of Ireland) postal service AN POST (Registered in Dublin, Ireland. Registered Number: 98788). For international orders the shipping is done in partnership by AN POST/DHL. General shipping rates are based on weight per item.
Tracking Orders : All Orders dispatched and shipped by registered post can be tracked at An Post. On shipping orders, THE GODDESS ROOM will send the customer an email with the tracking number.

Shipping is based on combined weight of items ordered. Items are shipped within the island of Ireland (including Northern Ireland) by registered post. For courier post within Ireland please contact THE GODDESS ROOM. Shipping to foreign zones are by AN POST/DHL. Delivery times are:

Where an order exceeds 5KG THE GODDESS ROOM may contact the customer regarding the extra costs in shipping. We recommend that customers contact THE GODDESS ROOM prior to placing an order where the weight of combined items exceeds 5Kg to get advise on what the shipping may cost. NOTE: An Post and DHL impose a Max weight of 20KG per parcel.

DELIVERY
THE GODDESS ROOM requires a signature for any goods delivered to the consumer. At this point where the goods pass into the possession of the customer the goods become the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the recipient is a third party, and not the customer billed, the customer accepts their signature as evidence of delivery. This is the case where gods are delivered to another shipping address, different from the billing address, as specified by the purchaser.
THE GODDESS ROOM ONLY SHIPS goods to countries listed in the Country pop up menu on the customers shipping address form.
RETURNS POLICY
Customers based in the EU are protected under the Consumer Protection DSR’s (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) Customers have a right to cancel their order provided that they do so within 14 days of receipt of order acceptance & Shipping. Notification must be in writing to THE GODDESS ROOM, Meridian Point, Greystones, Co. Wicklow or by email to info@thegoddessroom.net,
All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. The customer will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) which must be filled out and returned with the goods. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the customer through PayPal 30 within days of receipt of your cancelation notification.
All returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods.
Returns must arrive back to us in good condition.
All authorized returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
All returns must be carefully packaged by you and sent to us INSURED for the product purchase price.
We will not refund items damaged in shipment back to us.
Your right to reimbursement may be void if you do not request a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF), signed and returned with goods.
