We want you to be delighted with your order. If you’re not happy, we’ll give you your money back! You can return your order (unused and in original packaging) within 14 days of shipment for an exchange or refund.
RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS
All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF), number please email THE GODDESS ROOM at info@thegoddessroom.net or call +353 1 2016591
You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of shipping for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:
1. Call or email THE GODDESS ROOM requesting a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF), which we will email to you.
2. Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging). Send your parcel to: THE GODDESS ROOM, Meridian Point, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, Ireland
3. Goods are returned at your own cost. Any shipping costs for the original order is non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods we will replace or refund them in full (including the original postage charge). Please follow the simple steps below:
1. Please call us on +353 (1)2016591 or email info@thegoddessroom.net within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
2. Complete the returns form stating the reason for the return and refund.
3. Send your parcel to THE GODDESS ROOM, Meridian Point, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
4. Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a RANF and must be returned within 14 days of shipment of your order.
PLEASE NOTE
• We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel.
Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel
be lost or delayed in the post.
• If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, we will contact you for payment details.
If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.
• We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
