Your use of the THE GODDESS ROOM website and by placing an order with THE GODDESS ROOM you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions such as special offers, promotions or the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH THE GODDESS ROOM

You can place an order online at the THE GODDESS ROOM website, by using the electronic cart system built into THE GODDESS ROOM website, by phone on +353 (1)20 6591 or by email PayPal money request/payment.

When you place an order you are making an offer to THE GODDESS ROOM to purchase the goods detailed in the order subject to these terms.

When you have placed an order online we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. This email is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted and it is not a confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. A contract between you and THE GODDESS ROOM for the sale of the products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available we will notify you by email or telephone.

Posts for each item are left on the site for a set period of time to allow visitors to the site get an overview of the kind of garments that are sold at THE GODDESS ROOM. THE GODDESS ROOM will remove items from the website, if requested by the purchaser to do so.

Orders transactions placed through PayPal occur straight away. Customers can cancel the order, as long as this occurs before items are shipped. In the event that an order is cancelled THE GODDESS ROOM will reimburse the customer by using the refund mechanism of PayPal.

The customer will receive two emails on successful order; One from PayPal (service@intl.paypal.com) and confirmation from THE GODDESS ROOM (info@thegoddessroom.net). These do not constitute the acceptance of the order. The order is accepted once you receive or Dispatch and Shipping email which constitutes the beginning of the contract between the customer and THE GODDESS ROOM.

THE GODDESS ROOM reserves the right to decline an order if payment has not been authorised by PayPal, there are shipping restrictions or the item is out of stock.

CANCELLATION

THE GODDESS ROOM may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

You may normally cancel your order up to the point of dispatch and shipping. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded.

PRICE & PAYMENT

We currently accept online payment by through PayPal to ensure that shopping online is secure. You can also pay for your order by cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to ‘THE GODDESS ROOM’. You must pay for your order before it is delivered.

The prices shown on THE GODDESS ROOM website are quoted in Euros

Outside the Eurozone PayPal will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.

(Please note that all charges and refunds are in Euros (€) and THE GODDESS ROOM cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.)

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. We cannot advise you of these charges, please consult your local customs office.

SHIPPING

A shipping charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your order to PayPal.

We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by late delivery. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change. More…

DELIVERY

THE GODDESS ROOM requires a signature for any goods delivered to the consumer. At this point where the goods pass into the possession of the customer the goods become the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the recipient is a third party, and not the customer billed, the customer accepts their signature as evidence of delivery. This is the case where gods are delivered to another shipping address, different from the billing address, as specified by the purchaser.

THE GODDESS ROOM ONLY SHIPS goods to countries listed in the Country pop up menu on the customers shipping address form.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS

Customers based in the EU are protected under the Consumer Protection DSR’s (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) Customers have a right to cancel their order provided that they do so within 7 days of receipt of order acceptance. Notification must be in writing to THE GODDESS ROOM, Meridian Point, Greystones, Co. Wicklow or by email to info@thegoddessroom.net,

All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. The customer will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) which must be filled out and returned with the goods. Refunds. Refunds will be issued to the customer through PayPal 30 within days of receipt of your cancelation notification.

Goods are returned at your own cost. The shipping charge for the original order (if any) is non-refundable.
 Please ensure products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in original packaging as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition.

If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full. Please follow the simple steps below:

Please write to THE GODDESS ROOM, Meridian Point, Greystones, Co. Wicklow or by email to info@thegoddessroom.net, within 7 days of receiving your order, to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number Form and must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

All items for sale on THE GODDESS ROOM website are vintage items or couture items that have been refurbished or upscaled to as near mint condition as possible. Atelier items are produced at the retail outlet for THE GODDESS ROOM, Meridian Point, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, Ireland All dimensions are in inches.

The content of this site is provided free of charge for information purposes only. THE GODDESS ROOM tries to ensure that the information presented on the site is both true and accurate.
