ORDERING & STOCK AVAILABILITY


All prints on this website are unique in editions from 4 – 30. Limited numbers of prints are available from each edition. Once this limited number of prints have been ordered, with the payment transactions confirmed by PayPal, then prints from an edition are no longer available  for sale and marked “Out of Stock”. 

Orders transactions placed through PayPal occur straight away. Customers can cancel the order, as long as this occurs before items are shipped. In the event that an order is cancelled Vaughanprint will reimburse the customer by using the refund mechanism of PayPal.

The customer will receive two emails on successful order; One from PayPal (serviceatintldotpaypaldotcom) and confirmation from Vaughanprint (vaughanprintateircomdotnet  (vaughanprintateircomdotnet)  ). These do not constitute the acceptance of the order. The order is accepted once you receive or Dispatch and Shipping email which constitutes the beginning of the contract between the customer and VAUGHANPRINT/Stephen Vaughan.

Stephen Vaughan reserves the right to decline an order if payment has not been authorised by PayPal, there are shipping restrictions or the item is out of stock.

PAYMENT

All payments are done through PayPal. The site does not request or store the card or any other financial details of the customer.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Processing of orders may take up to three days prior to shipping to allow time to retrieve prints from storage.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched and shipped by registered post by the state (Republic of Ireland) postal service AN POST (Registered in Dublin, Ireland. Registered Number: 98788). For international orders the shipping is done in partnership by AN POST/DHL. General shipping rates are based on weight per item.

Tracking Orders
. All Orders dispatched and shipped by registered post can be tracked at An Post. On shipping orders, Vaughanprint will send the customer an email with the tracking number.

VAUGHANPRINT will ship prints based on the following .:

Each order starts with shipping including the weight of the postal tube and one print. Additional prints are shipped at an extra cost of €3 each (additional prints in Ireland are shipped free.

Free shipping if the total purchase of prints is over €2,000

It is necessary to ship prints in suitably sized postal tubes to protect the prints from being rolled too tightly. It is recommended that your order should not exceed 4 prints to prevent prints from being over packed in the postal tube. These tubes are 1KG for large prints & 800g for small prints.

Items are shipped within the island of Ireland (including Northern Ireland) by registered post. For courier post within Ireland please contact Stephen Vaughan. Shipping to foreign zones are by AN POST/DHL. Delivery times are:

Elsewhere 1– 5 working days

Vaughanprint only ships goods to countries listed in the Country pop up menu on the customers shipping address form.

RETURNS POLICY 

Customers based in the EU are protected under the Consumer Protection DSR’s (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) Customers have a right to cancel their order provided that they do so within 7 days of receipt of order acceptance. Notification must be in writing to Stephen Vaughan, Colmcille, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny or by email to vaughanprintateircomdotnet  (vaughanprintateircomdotnet)  ,

All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. The customer will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) which must be filled out and returned with the goods. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the customer through PayPal 30 within days of receipt of your cancelation notification.

All returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods.

Returns must arrive back to us in good condition.

All authorized returns will be refunded for the product purchase price only.

Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

All returns must be carefully packaged by you and sent to us INSURED for the product purchase price.

We will not refund items damaged in shipment back to us.

Your right to reimbursement may be void if you do not request a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF), signed and returned with goods.
