Stephen Vaughan would like you to be delighted with your order. If you’re not happy, I will give you your money back! You can return your order (unused and in original packaging) within 14 days of shipment for an exchange or refund.

RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS

All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF), number please email Stephen Vaughan  (vaughanprintateircomdotnet)    or call +353 87 2739203

You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of shipping for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:


1. Call or email Stephen Vaughan  (vaughanprintateircomdotnet)   requesting a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF), which we will email to you.

2. Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging). Send your parcel to: Stephen Vaughan, Colmcille, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland


3. Goods are returned at your own cost. Any shipping costs for the original order is non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods They will replaced or a refund issued(including the original postage charge). Please follow the simple steps below:

1. Please call 353 87 2739203 or email vaughanprintateircomdotnet  (vaughanprintateircomdotnet)   within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) and instructions on how to return the goods.

2. Complete the returns form stating the reason for the return and refund.

3. Send your parcel to Stephen Vaughan, Colmcille, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland

4. Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a RANF and must be returned within 14 days of shipment of your order.

 PLEASE NOTE

• It is strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel.

Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

• If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, you will be contacted for payment details.

If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.

• We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
