These terms and conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions such as special offers, promotions or the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH VAUGAHNPRINT

You can place an order online at the VAUGHANPRINT website, by using the electronic cart system built into VAUGHANPRINT website, by phone on 353 87 2739203 or by email PayPal money request/payment.

When you place an order you are making an offer to Stephen Vaughan to purchase the goods detailed in the order subject to these terms.

When you have placed an order online we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. This email is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted and it is not a confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. A contract between you and Stephen Vaughan for the sale of the products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available we will notify you by email or telephone.

Orders transactions placed through PayPal occur straight away. Customers can cancel the order, as long as this occurs before items are shipped. In the event that an order is cancelled Stephen Vaughan will reimburse the customer by using the refund mechanism of PayPal.

The customer will receive two emails on successful order; One from PayPal (serviceintlpaypalcom) and confirmation from Stephen Vaughan (vaughanprinteircomnet  (vaughanprinteircomnet)  ). These do not constitute the acceptance of the order. The order is accepted once you receive or Dispatch and Shipping email which constitutes the beginning of the contract between the customer and Stephen Vaughan.

Stephen Vaughan reserves the right to decline an order if payment has not been authorised by PayPal, there are shipping restrictions or the item is out of stock.

CANCELLATION

Stephen Vaughan may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

You may normally cancel your order up to the point of dispatch and shipping. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded.

PRICE & PAYMENT

We currently accept online payment by through PayPal to ensure that shopping online is secure. You can also pay for your order by cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to ‘Stephen Vaughan’. You must pay for your order before it is delivered.

The prices shown on Vaughanprint website are quoted in Euros

Outside the Eurozone PayPal will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.

(Please note that all charges and refunds are in Euros (€) and Stephen Vaughan cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.)

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. We cannot advise you of these charges, please consult your local customs office.

SHIPPING

A shipping charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your order to PayPal.

We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by late delivery. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change. More…

DELIVERY

A signature is required from the customer on delivery of goods. At this point where the goods pass into the possession of the customer the goods become the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the recipient is a third party, and not the customer billed, the customer accepts their signature as evidence of delivery. This is the case where gods are delivered to another shipping address, different from the billing address, as specified by the purchaser.

Stephen Vaughan only ships goods to countries listed in the Country pop up menu on the customers shipping address form.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS

Customers based in the EU are protected under the Consumer Protection DSR’s (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) Customers have a right to cancel their order provided that they do so within 7 days of receipt of order acceptance. Notification must be in writing to Stephen Vaughan, Colmcille, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny or by email to vaughanprinteircomnet  (vaughanprinteircomnet)  

All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. The customer will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number Form (RANF) which must be filled out and returned with the goods. Refunds. Refunds will be issued to the customer through PayPal 30 within days of receipt of your cancelation notification.

Goods are returned at your own cost. The shipping charge for the original order (if any) is non-refundable.
 Please ensure products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in original packaging as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition.

If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full. Please follow the simple steps below:

Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number Form and must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

All items for sale on VAUGHANPRINT website are hand made prints made at the studio of Stephen Vaughan, Colmcille, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. As all are made by hand there will be slight variations between prints in an edition.

The content of this site is provided free of charge for information purposes only. Stephen Vaughan tries to ensure that the information presented on the site is both true and accurate. However Stephen Vaughan will not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies occurring within this content.
